Is Acontech for real?

Of course, we are. Acontech is a registered company in Malaysia. If you need to know, the registration number is LLP0005172-LGN.

When do I pay?

You pay after Acontech completed the services. You can pay by cash or cheque. We never ask our customers to pay upfront, unless it is for a large amount of AC purchase beforehand. Under that circumstances, we will be collecting deposits.

Why I can’t book my preferred time?

We are sorry about this and we will assure you that we will open more slots in the near future. The reason behind is because we screen all our technician to be proficiency in order to maintain a very high level of work quality. This alone causes us to slow in expanding our manpower.[

Do I need to book 2-time slots if I had more than 1 unit of AC to serviced?

No. You only need to book one slot even if you have 2 or more units to be serviced.

What is a 30 days satisfaction guarantee?

Few to none of the air conditioner service providers in Malaysia promise you this. But Acontech is confident in our workmanship that we can offer you an extended 30 days free of charge repair if anything happens from our previous visit for the corporate client and 15 days for all our home and residential user. Acontech is not responsible for any repair or alteration without our acknowledgment though. And YES, we do honor this promise!

Is the price and quotation fix?

The price in each category is the basic charge for our service. You can get an estimation of your budget. Usually, it will not run far off from the state. Acontech will let you know the exact price after inspecting and before the commencement of any work.

I’m not sure what kind of services I require?

Rest assured that our technician will definitely provide you the necessary advice. Book us and our technician will inspect and let you know before we commence any work. In fact, this is our SOP for any job we perform.

Where exactly are your coverage area since you only mention Kl & Selangor?

Our coverage area normally is within a 60km radius from the KL city center. This is to increase our efficiency in attending to customer place on time. You would have to seek another service provider if you are staying in Tg Sepat or Kuala Selangor.[

Why there’s no aircond installation service?

Aircond installation differs from case to case. That is why we cannot put a fixed price and mislead customers here. Get in touch with us for a proper quotation and advice.
